Questions about plans & billing
One credential is a single generated certificate or badge issued to one recipient. Designing, previewing, and re-sending don't count — you're only billed when a unique credential is generated. Your monthly allowance resets on your billing date.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts on self-serve plans.
We'll notify you as you approach your limit. You can add credential packs on the fly or upgrade to the next tier — we never silently block a send mid-campaign. Enterprise plans include unlimited issuance.
